Here's how it works - the earlier you cancel, the less it costs:

More Than 7 Days Out:

• You pay: $0

• Full refund, minus any payment processing fees

Between 3-7 Days Before:

• You pay: 10% of total booking

• We gotta cover our costs

Between 1-3 Days Before:

• You pay: 50% of total booking

• Half the team's already packed the van

Less Than 24 Hours:

• You pay: 100% (full amount)

• The tent's literally ready to go

Weather Exception: If it's genuinely unsafe to operate (we're talking extreme weather), we'll work with you to reschedule. Safety first!
