We provide FREE delivery within 20km from our base in Blacktown.

If your event is within this 20km radius, there are no additional travel fees - just the hire cost!

How We Calculate Distance

Starting Point: Blacktown, NSW (our base)
Destination: Your event address

We use Google Maps to calculate the straight driving distance from Blacktown to your event location.

Travel Fee Structure

Within 20km: FREE
Beyond 20km: $0.80 per kilometre (each way)

Important: Charges Apply BOTH Ways

Travel fees are charged for:

1. TO your event (delivery)

2. FROM your event (return journey)

Example Calculation:

Your event is in Penrith (30km from Blacktown):

• Distance: 30km

• Free zone: 20km

• Chargeable distance: 10km beyond the free zone

• Travel TO event: 10km × $0.80 = $8.00

• Travel FROM event: 10km × $0.80 = $8.00

• Total travel fee: $16.00
