We know dealing with weather can be frustrating. We're a small family business with kids too, so we get it. Not knowing what Mother Nature will do is always challenging, and because we're small, we try to be as flexible as possible to give your event the best chance of going ahead.
Our inflatable nightclub runs on electrical equipment - blowers, lights, sound systems. When you mix water and electricity, safety becomes non-negotiable. It's not about being overly cautious; it's about protecting you, your guests, and our crew.
We're fully insured and committed to maintaining that trust with our community and customers. An engineer has certified our tent to the required Australian Standards (AS 3533.4.1:2018), and our team works hard to prevent anything avoidable.
We don't leave you guessing. Here's our process:
One Week Out: We start monitoring forecasts for your event
Regular Updates: We keep you informed if conditions look concerning
Final Decision: Made approximately 1 hour before setup time to give weather every chance to clear
Proactive Communication: You'll never be left wondering - we'll contact you directly
If weather forces us to cancel for safety reasons, you have two options:
Processed within 10 business days
No questions asked
No cancellation fees
Move to the next available date at no additional cost
Same package, same price
Your deposit transfers over
For Dry Hire Events: If you've booked dry hire (we set up and leave), you're responsible for monitoring conditions during your event. We'll show you:
How to check wind speeds safely
When to deflate if conditions change
Emergency deflation procedures
If rain starts during your dry hire event, the nightclub must be deflated immediately for safety.
For Wet Hire Events: If our crew is staying on-site, we monitor everything and make the call if conditions become unsafe.
We want your celebration to happen just as much as you do. Every cancellation is lost income for us too. But we're parents, and we know where the line is when it comes to safety.
When we make the call to cancel or recommend rescheduling, it's because continuing would put people at risk - and that's never worth it.
Our insurance coverage is void if we operate in unsafe weather conditions. This isn't us being difficult - it's protecting both you and us legally. If someone were injured during unsafe conditions, neither party would be covered.
This is why we're strict about:
Rain and electrical equipment
Wind speeds above safe limits
Any conditions that compromise structural integrity
If you have an upcoming event and weather concerns feel free to start a chat with us.
We're here to help you navigate the uncertainty and make the best decision for your celebration.
